Ridgeback’s management team previously worked together at Hearthstone, the largest institutional investor dedicated to residential real estate.

The principals of Family Development take the importance of family and home very seriously. Headed by two sets of brothers, Antun & Vincent Barbato and Rudy & Raymond Herrera, and now their fifth "brother," Robert Bishop, every member of the Family Development team looks at each home they build as if they were building it for their own family members. With well over 120 years of collective experience to guide them in every facet of the development process, since 2003, Family Development has been responsible for building nearly 1,000 homes in the Coachella Valley and developing land for many more.
